GOD day-by-day.

Today, I would like to share with you somethings I have been doing that is helping me to become more close to God. I try to do these everyday and I think if you take at least one or two of the actions that I show below you will see the difference in your life quickly.

Pray, no matter where you are.
I speak with God all day, whether I am on the bus, subway, having lunch, working,.. You can maintain a good relationship with God if you talk to Him. He is a very good listener and will be available for you whenever you need.

Listen to Christian songs
I am sure you have an Ipod, Ipad, mp3 or you have a radio in your car. So try to listen to voice of God through gospel music, I assure you will feel God's presence and your day will be very blessed.

Read a daily devotional book.
There are some books that have devotionals for each day of the year. Nowadays, I am reading "JESUS CALLING" by Sarah Young and I am enjoying Jesus's presence everyday. I can recommend you more books, such as : "Experiencing God day-by-day" by Henry Blackaby & Richard Blackaby, and "Daily Bread by Cliff Road Books". Choose one and let your intimacy with GOD grow.

Read the Bible.
I know it is very hard to read the Bible everyday, but if you are reading a daily devotional book, you will find that the author mentions a lot of verses, so read these in the Bible, the full chapter he is talking about, maybe GOD has something else for you.

Sing to GOD.
I love singing! I can sing in the shower, cooking, etc.. When you are singing, you are adoring, you are being thankful, you are showing your appreciation for each single thing that God does for you every day. Thus, learn a song and sing to Him with all your heart.

My desire is that these words can touch your heart and help you to grow spiritually, staying day by day as close as possible to GOD, becoming his best friend.

"I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made know to you".
John 15:15

God bless you!
